1. Services Overview

1.1 Design & Development Partner Services

Ongoing design, development, and optimization services on a monthly retainer basis:

• Active design or dev requests in progress with fast turnaround
• Revisions within defined project scope
• Turnaround time: 2-3 business days per request (average 48h)
• Monthly subscription with automatic renewal and 1-click pause/cancellation

1.2 Project-Based Services

• One-time design or performance projects quoted individually with fixed milestones
• Scope and deliverables defined in writing prior to project kickoff
• Dedicated revision limits and timelines specified in the initial proposal

2. Service Terms & Commitments

2.1 Subscription Terms

• Month-to-month engagement with no minimum contract commitment
• Subscription pausing available with 15-day notice

2.2 Project-Based Terms

• 50% deposit required to commence discovery and production
• Final 50% due upon delivery and client sign-off of production assets

3. Scope of Work

Included: UI/UX design, landing page design, WordPress theme development, WooCommerce setup, PageSpeed 90+ speed optimization, Core Web Vitals remediation.

Excluded: Backend server hosting management, native mobile binary compiling.

4. Intellectual Property

Client receives 100% full ownership and copyright of final delivered design files and production code upon full settlement of the project invoice. Designer retains standard portfolio showcase rights to display finished work.
